This often leads to worry and repeated searching online. In reality, persistent Bad Breath is not always caused by teeth alone. Common daily factors like tongue coating, dry mouth from dehydration, skipping meals, or even long gaps between brushing can contribute to the problem without causing any obvious pain.

What many patients don’t realise is that oral health is closely connected to overall health. Issues like Gum Disease can quietly develop without visible symptoms and release unpleasant odour-causing bacteria. At the same time, some people experiencing Acidity Problem or frequent mouth dryness assume the smell is only stomach-related and miss the real dental cause. Identifying whether the issue is oral, gum-related, or systemic is the key to long-term relief rather than temporary masking.
